Subscriptions and Billing
MATLOGIC paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions billed in Korean won. The plans are Entry at ₩4,900 per month, Standard at ₩9,900 per month, and Pro at ₩19,900 per month. The Free plan has no charge. Each paid subscription renews monthly until it is cancelled.
Cancellation
Users may cancel a paid subscription at any time. After cancellation, access to the paid plan continues until the end of the current paid period, and no further charges are made for later periods.
Refunds
MATLOGIC subscriptions provide access to digital content and digital services. Under Korean e-commerce law (전자상거래법), a withdrawal and refund right within 7 days may apply to digital content that has not been used. Once the workspace or analysis has been used, or a deliverable has been accessed, the statutory withdrawal right may not apply. Partial or discretionary refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Merchant of Record
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record and reseller that processes payments, taxes, and refunds for MATLOGIC subscriptions. Subscription transactions and refund handling are carried out through Paddle on behalf of MATLOGIC.
How to Request
To cancel or request a refund, users can cancel in-account or contact us at yangjaejun@segment.im. Refund requests are reviewed in line with the terms described above.
