Subscriptions and Billing
MATLOGIC paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions billed in Korean won. The plans are Entry at ₩4,900 per month, Standard at ₩9,900 per month, and Pro at ₩19,900 per month. The Free plan has no charge. Each paid subscription renews monthly until it is cancelled.
Cancellation
Users may cancel a paid subscription at any time. After cancellation, access to the paid plan continues until the end of the current paid period, and no further charges are made for later periods.
Refunds and Partial Refunds (환불 및 부분환불 규정)
월간 구독 서비스(정기결제)의 환불은 아래 기준을 따릅니다.
- 전액 환불: 결제일로부터 7일 이내이고 해당 결제 주기의 유료 기능을 사용하지 않은 경우, 결제 금액 전액을 환불합니다.
- 부분환불(일할계산): 유료 기능 이용을 시작한 후 또는 결제일로부터 7일이 지난 후 환불을 요청하는 경우, 일할계산 방식으로 부분환불합니다. 환불액 = 해당 월 결제금액 − (이용일수 × 일할요금). 일할요금은 해당 월 결제금액을 해당 결제주기의 총 일수로 나눈 금액이며, 이용일수는 결제일부터 환불 신청일까지의 일수로 계산합니다. 환불액의 원 단위 미만은 절사하며, 산정 결과가 0원 이하인 경우 환불 없이 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 서비스를 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 일반 해지: 환불 대신 해지를 선택하면 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 유료 기능을 계속 이용할 수 있으며, 다음 회차부터는 결제되지 않습니다.
- 회사 귀책 사유: 중대한 서비스 장애 등 회사의 귀책 사유로 서비스를 이용하지 못한 경우, 이용하지 못한 기간에 대해 일할계산하여 환불합니다.
- 처리 기한: 환불 확정 후 3영업일 이내에 결제수단(카드사·결제대행사)에 취소 또는 환불을 요청합니다. 카드사 사정에 따라 실제 취소·입금 반영에는 추가 시간이 소요될 수 있습니다.
For monthly subscriptions (recurring billing), refunds follow these rules. A full refund applies when the request is made within 7 days of payment and the paid features of that billing cycle have not been used. After use has started, or after 7 days from payment, a pro-rated partial refund applies: refund amount = the monthly charge minus (days used × daily rate), where the daily rate is the monthly charge divided by the number of days in that billing cycle, and days used are counted from the payment date to the refund request date. Fractions below one won are truncated; if the calculation is zero or less, no refund is due and access continues to the end of the paid period. Instead of a refund, users may simply cancel: paid access then continues to the end of the current period with no further charges. If the service cannot be used due to a material failure attributable to MATLOGIC, the unusable period is refunded pro rata. Confirmed refunds are submitted to the payment provider within 3 business days; card issuer processing may take additional time. Under Korean e-commerce law (전자상거래법), the statutory 7-day withdrawal right applies to unused digital content as described above.
Payment Processing
Domestic payments in Korean won may be processed through Korean payment providers such as Toss Payments (토스페이먼츠). International payments may be processed by Paddle.com, acting as Merchant of Record and reseller. In each case, refunds are executed through the payment provider used for the original transaction, following the rules above.
How to Request
To cancel or request a refund, users can cancel in-account, contact MATLOGIC at help@matlogic.kr, or use KakaoTalk channel support. Refund requests are reviewed in line with the terms described above.
