Service Scope
MATLOGIC is a commercial-space operational fitness analysis workspace. It helps users review zoning, circulation, visibility, dwell patterns, operational friction, and decision-support evidence for commercial-space projects.
Decision-Support Limits
MATLOGIC outputs are decision-support materials. They are not construction drawings, permit drawings, legal advice, architectural services, engineering services, or regulatory approvals. Users should obtain qualified local professional review before relying on outputs for permitting, construction, safety, lease, legal, or compliance decisions.
Accounts and Social Sign-In
Users are responsible for account activity and for keeping authentication access secure. MATLOGIC may offer Google, Kakao, Apple, and Naver sign-in for authentication.
Project Data
Users remain responsible for the source drawings and project materials they provide. MATLOGIC and its service providers may process those materials to operate the workspace, generate derived evidence, prepare outputs, maintain audit records, and protect the service.
Prohibited Use
- Do not upload materials that you do not have the right to process in MATLOGIC.
- Do not present MATLOGIC outputs as guaranteed, complete, approval-ready, or construction-ready.
- Do not remove required limitation notes, evidence notes, or owner review gates from shared outputs.
- Do not misuse the service, interfere with operations, or attempt unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid MATLOGIC plans are recurring monthly subscriptions. Current plans and prices are shown on https://matlogic.kr/pricing. Domestic payments in Korean won may be processed through Korean payment providers such as Toss Payments (토스페이먼츠); international payments may be processed by Paddle.com, acting as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.
Cancellation and Refunds (해지 및 환불·부분환불)
You may cancel a subscription at any time. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the subscription does not renew again.
월간 구독(정기결제)의 환불은 다음과 같이 처리됩니다. 결제일로부터 7일 이내이고 해당 결제 주기의 유료 기능을 사용하지 않은 경우 전액 환불되며, 유료 기능 이용을 시작한 후 또는 결제일로부터 7일이 지난 후에는 일할계산에 따른 부분환불이 적용됩니다(환불액 = 해당 월 결제금액 − 이용일수 × 일할요금, 일할요금 = 해당 월 결제금액 ÷ 해당 결제주기 총 일수). 회사 귀책 사유로 서비스를 이용하지 못한 기간은 일할계산하여 환불합니다. 상세한 부분환불 규정은 환불정책 페이지에 명시되어 있습니다.
For monthly subscriptions, a full refund applies within 7 days of payment when the paid features of that billing cycle have not been used; after use has started, or after 7 days, a pro-rated partial refund applies (refund = monthly charge − days used × daily rate). Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
